To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Dr. Donese Worden who I have known for 15 years. The attributes Dr. Worden is acknowledged for reach far beyond the ordinary as a physician, educator and researcher.

As a physician, Dr. Worden has demonstrated excellence as a diagnostician as well as an empathic healer. Combining these skills, which are inherent in Dr. Worden"s medical "toolbox" offer patient's the opportunity to move seamlessly toward identifying issues that create illness toward establishing not only the cause and treatment of illness but also moving forward with new skills to continue increased quality of life.

An important aspect of Dr. Worden's ethics and thirst for providing the best possible care for her patients is her unfailing quest for answers to difficult questions. She is involved on a regular basis in cutting edge research in various areas of health, most recently cancer research. In addition, Dr. Worden takes the extra step of researching all of the products she recommends to her patients by personally contacting all companies that provide medicinal and nutritional supplements. A decade of research has proven that attitude toward the medicine and physician plays a major role in a patient's treatment and recovery. This
dedication to quality care on all levels assures confidence, trust and a more positive attitude of her patients.

It is important to note that Dr. Worden through her diligence and openness to differences is able to work collaboratively with physicians practicing western medicine as well as being cognizant of working with mental health professionals to provide the best possible care for her patients. In this way she views herself as a learner as well as a physician.

Last but not least, Dr. Worden has the innate ability to communicate and transfer
information not only to her patients but also to her graduate students at Arizona State University and training of physicians worldwide. I have personally heard many students over the years describe their experience in Dr. Worden"s class as life transforming. She is actively sought out by many companies to teach, train and speak on various topics which she thoroughly has researched offering a plethora of knowledge.

It is a rare occasion to encounter individuals such as Dr. Worden who possess the skill, enthusiasm, perseverance, inquisitiveness and passion for the improving the health of individuals.

Sincerely,

Maria Napoli, Ph.D.
