Return Timeframe

  • Consumable Products: 60 days from purchase date.
  • Non-Consumable Products: 30 days from purchase date.

Return Shipping

For all standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility & Inspection

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your return must be approved. Once received, all returns will be inspected to ensure they meet the following requirements:
  • Product Condition:
      • Unopened Products in their original, sealed condition are eligible for a full refund.

      • Opened Consumable Products are eligible for store credit only, provided the product has not been unreasonably used (e.g., the container is mostly empty).

      • Any product that is returned with a tampered or missing safety seal, or is otherwise incomplete, is not eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • Return Window: The item must be returned within its money-back guarantee window
      • 60 days for consumables
      • 30 for non-consumables
  • Non-Returnable Items: The item must not be an excluded Specialty Item or an expired product.

If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Specialty Items: All Specialty Items are final sale. They include: Books, CDs, downloads, media products, exercise equipment, and saunas.

  • Expired Products: Products past their labeled expiration date are not eligible for return.
